3. Over-the-counter anti-histamine and anti-itch gels and lotions (such as mepiramine maleate or crotamiton) can be applied.
4. A paste-like mixture prepared with a tablespoon of baking soda and water can be applied to the mosquito bite area and washed off after waiting 5-10 minutes.
