How often and how long should brightening mesotherapy be applied?
The application plan is determined individually.
The application can be repeated at 1-4 week intervals.
The number of sessions is planned individually, and maintenance sessions can also be planned for protection after the targeted result is achieved.
How is Brightening Mesotherapy Applied?
Preparation and Anesthesia
Before the procedure, the application area is cleaned and local anesthetic cream is applied and left for about 15-20 minutes to ensure patient comfort.
Injection
Special solutions for pigment control and skin regeneration are injected directly under the skin using very fine needles or with microneedleing. The procedure takes an average of 15-20 minutes.
Number of Sessions and Results
Usually 3-6 sessions are applied at 2-4 week intervals. Final results are observed within a few months with a balanced skin tone and lightening of blemishes.
Is Brightening Mesoterapy Treatment a Definitive Solution?
- The brightening mesotherapy method, which is mostly applied in acquired pigmentation types, is one of the procedures that can be applied in pigmentation treatment.
- Brightening mesotherapy can be combined with other methods such as laser, chemical peels, enzymatic peels and home follow-up treatments.
- Unfortunately, most acquired pigmentation types have a very high chance of recurrence after treatment and therefore maintenance treatments should be continued for a long time. There is no “definitive solution” standard method in pigmentation treatment.
What Should Be Considered After Brightening Mesotherapy?
- After the procedure, the patient can continue his/her daily life. Redness may be seen on the skin, but it is temporary.
- Sunscreen cream should be used.
- After the procedure, you should not enter hot environments such as baths and saunas.
